Attention:

Parents this is the schedule for you and your student(s) to pick up necessary supplies or items from the school, if it is not possible for you to make the time allotted please contact Mr. Lancaster at the school.  If you have multiple students, please come in during the scheduled time for your youngest student and we will gather all stuff then (You don’t have to make multiple trips).

Please remember to follow these guidelines of protocol issued by the State Health Department/Govern while in the school. 


Reminders

Keep proper spacing while in the school.

Please only one parent/with your student(s) into the school.

Please remember you are only getting essentials, not cleaning out lockers.

If you need to drop off items there will be a box outside the office.

Mr. Lancaster will walk each parent/student(s) to classroom or locker.

Be mindful of others waiting for their turn to enter the school.

If you have been sick, have a fever, or are generally not feeling well please let us know and we will bring out stuff to you.

PK and K - 8am-10am

1st and 2nd -10am-12pm

3rd and 4th – 12pm-2pm

5th and 6th – 2pm-4pm

Friday, April 3rd  

7th and 8th – 8am-10am

9th and 10th – 10am-12pm

11th and 12th – 12pm-2pm

The State Board of Education approved an order that implements a Distance Learning Plan to complete the 2019-2020 school year for Oklahoma students without reopening our school buildings.  Our staff is committed to providing our students with the best possible learning tools to complete this year.  This plan will begin on April 6th.  As soon as we identify our next steps, we will share them with you.  We thank you for your support in these challenging times.


Please bear with us as we chart these unknown waters together. We will try to post any updates and informational links as we receive them. Information will be disseminated through OneCall messages, your child’s teacher, and on the website.
